Return & Exchanges
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items in accordance with the policy outlined below.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, sale items, and any item marked as final sale.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number with your returned items.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Include the EA number with your returned items. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Address
Please send your returns to the address provided by our customer support team when you receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
